MgO SIP Panel

MgO Sandwich panel is a composite building material. They consist of a sandwich of two layers of structural board with an insulating foam in between. Panel skins are magnesium oxide boards. Insulation core can be Expanded Polystyrene(EPS), Extruded Polystyrene(XPS).

Usage:

The Dimention Choices:

 MgO board thickness : 3mm-20mm

 EPS thickness :25mm - 200mm

 XPS thickness :25mm-100mm

The Density Choices:

MgO board density :950kg/m3 - 1150kg/m3

EPS density : 18kg/m3 - 25kg/m3

XPS density : 18kg/m3-28kg/m3

Packing& Loading:

Bulk loading or packing with pallet , ususally loading in 1x40HQ container .
